These Terms of Service govern your use of services provided by goalsprint (Business ID S2783555A), located at 10 Bayfront Avenue, Marina Bay Sands, Singapore 018956. By accessing or using our offerings, you agree to these terms.

2. Scope of Offerings

2.1 Services

We deliver guided goal sprints with measurable milestones tailored to individual or team needs. Session scheduling, progress tracking, and milestone reviews are included.

2.2 Information Products

Digital courses, templates, and downloadable resources designed to support your goal achievement journey.

2.3 Goods

Physical merchandise such as planners, journals, and branded materials.

3. Payment

All fees are payable in advance via available payment channels. You confirm that you are authorized to use the chosen method. Prices are as stated on goalsprint.vip at the time of purchase.

4. Scheduling and Cancellations

To reschedule a services session, contact us at +6587289095 or via our contact form at least 48 hours before the session. Late notices may incur a fee equivalent to 50% of the session cost.

5. Refund Policy

We distinguish among our three categories of offerings:

5.1 Services

If you cancel more than 72 hours before a scheduled sprint, we will reimburse the paid amount to your original payment method within 14 business days. Cancellations made within 72 hours are not eligible for reimbursement due to resource allocation.

5.2 Information Products

Digital offerings are accessible immediately after purchase. Access may not be suspended once delivered; thus, these products are not eligible for reimbursement. Please review the product details thoroughly before completing your order.

5.3 Goods

If a physical item is defective or damaged during transit, notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or process a reimbursement within 14 business days upon verification of the issue. For change of mind, you may return unopened merchandise within 14 days; you are responsible for shipping costs, and we will process reimbursement after we receive and inspect the item.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and trademarks on goalsprint.vip remain the property of goalsprint. You may not reproduce or distribute without our written permission.

7. Liability Limitations

To the maximum extent permitted by law, goalsprint’s total liability arising from any claim related to these terms shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the six months preceding the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute shall be resolved in Singaporean courts.
